Geelong is Victoria's largest Regional City. Only a short 1 hour drive to Melbourne CBD, or just over an hour by train, and soon to be completed fast train which will make the journey only 40 mins. Geelong is the gateway to the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, with pristine sandy beaches and wineries galore. 20mins to the Surf Coast, famous Bell's beach and stunning coastal attractions. The Great Ocean Road and famous 12 Apostles can be easily done in a day trip. The house is placed perfectly central in Geelong itself, 10 mins walk to the CBD, famous cafe's and restaurants of cosmopolitan Pakington Street, the North facing waterfront where entertainment and restaurants are abundant. Only 20 mins from Avalon airport, where you can access other cities and towns around Australia or a 1 hour drive to Tullamarine International Airport you have the freedom to travel just about anywhere.
