We have a brand new kitchen with an attached dining room. There is a covered driveway and you can park 2 cars in the driveway. We are 5 minutes walk to the beach and our neighbours are really helpful.

Clovelly is a beach side suburb in Sydney. You can walk 5 minutes to the beach and also to the Coastal,Walk to Bondi or Coogee. The bus to the city is a 3 minute walk and the bus to Bondi Junction (a major shopping area) is 5 minutes up the hill. There are great restaurants in our area and at Coogee and Bondi.
