Our apartment is large by Paris standards, 140 sq metres, with 5 bedrooms (1 reserved for our storage), a large living/dining room, a kitchen equipped to seat 4/5, 2 bathrooms with toilet, 1 shower room, a seperate toilet for guests, 2 loggias, and a parking space in a closed garage on the ground floor. The apartment occupies the entire second floor of a 5-floor building in a very quiet street (an impasse). Heating is by electric radiators and lighting by low-energy lamps. The bedrooms overlook a private garden and the living room is on the street side.

We are looking for a 1-year exchange with a London home, preferably in Kensington/Chelsea, for 2 adults and 2 or 3 children, starting Aug/Sep 2010.
