Villa Cocunut Bali is a perfect vacation house for exotic holidays in the heart of trendy Seminyak, Bali. The Villa contains a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedroom/4 bathroom ensuite, a spacious swimming pool, nice garden in a relaxing atmosphere and can host 9 guests. We are located between Seminyak beach and the trendy street of Kayu Aya (Oberoi). You will be amazed how modern a traditional house can be. The 4 bedrooms feature A/C plus antique ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms. Our 5 Beds are good for 9 guests, an extra folding bed is available on request for a 10th guest for a small extra charge. Baby cot, chair and temporary pool fence are available on request (for nominal charge). The living room can be open on 3 sides through large sliding double doors and is ventilated by 4 ceiling fans. A large sofa with ottoman awaits you to watch TV (cable TV plus 300 DVD available) or to enjoy the view of our large oval swimming pool. Two bedrooms have direct access to pool, one bedroom has access to living room and one larger one, on the top floor, with King plus single beds features a balcony to enjoy view on pool and the area. The pool is spacious with a nice garden spread all around. Internet wifi in all house and Cable TV available in living room or poolside bedroom. First quality mattresses and bedsheets. Fully Filtered Drinkable Water Fountain available. We maintain a guest friendly policy. One full time staff is available to maintain the house and help the guests (speaks Indonesian and English). Reception (in other villa), Manager (speaks English and Indonesian) and Owner (speaks English and French) are available to give advice and help if needed on call . There will be one full time staff coming every day for cleaning, breakfast preparation (you pay only the food cost from supermarket) and other help as per your needs, included. Security guard at night at the entrance of our private alley shared by 3 villas. He can help to get a taxi for you on the street.
