Se trata de un acogedor piso de 40 m² construidos, dentro de una típica corrala (patio interior de acceso) madrileña. Es un 4º piso sin ascensor
pero muy luminoso.
Consta de salón, cocina americana, habitación, estudio y cuarto de baño.
En el salón hay un sofá cama para dos personas, television de X pulgadas con TDT y reproductor de DVD.
La cocina, es pequeña pero con todas comodidades: está dotada de placa vitrocerámica con 4 fuegos, calentador, microondas, horno grill, además de lavadora y lavavajillas.
Dormitorio: Con un amplio armario y cama para dos personas.
Cuarto de baño: con tres piezas: urinario, lavabo y ducha.
En todo el piso hay calefacción eléctrica y dos aparataos de aire acondicinado en salón y dormitorio. Los suelos son de cerámica y hay un tendedero descubierto.

It is a cosy 40 squared metres flat, inside a typical madrilian “corrala†(a usual kind of block in the city downtown, consisting of a central well with the flats around it). It is on a 4th floor without lift, but it´s pretty shining.
It is composed of a living room, western kitchen, bedroom, study and bathroom.
The living room has a sofa-bed, 32†LCD TV with cable tv and dvd player.
The kitchen is small but has all the facilities, four burners glass-ceramic cooktop, heater, microwaves oven, grill oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
Bedroom: it has a big closet and a double bed.
Bathroom: wc, toilet and shower.
The full flat is equiped with electric heating, and there are two air conditioner (one in the living room and the other one in the bedroom). The floor is made of ceramic tiles and there is a clothes line outside under the living room’s windows.

Lavapies it´s a neighborhood in the core of the city, with a high percetage of foreing people who lives pacificly among the local people.
This coexistence, and the bohemian and alternative personality of the neighborhood makes it the most multicultural district of Madrid.
Every sunday, en the next streets it is set the street market know as “El Rastroâ€.
Lavapies it´s plenty of cafes and pubs, restaurants and shops that reflect it´s multicultural personality. There are a lot of cheap restaurants, and a wide range of cuisines (etcnic-hindi, cuban, argentinian, chinese, pakistani,...
Also, there are several renowned art galleries, especially around the Museo Reina Sofia area.
