En nuestro hogar encontrarás un ambiente de tranquilidad, absolutamente familiar. La finca es nueva (6 años) y consta de una zona comunitaria con parque infantil, piscina y parking. Toda la comunidad tiene vigilancia las 24 horas. El entorno es un absoluto privilegio en medio de la ciudad de Barcelona. El piso consta de un salón comedor, cocina totalmente equipada ( lavadora, secadora, horno, microondasâ€¦), 1 habitación con una litera en la que duermen los niños, 1 habitación en la que duerme la niña, 1 habitación de matrimonio con 1 baño en suitte, otro baño y 2 terrazas. Todas las estancias tienen luz natural, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Puedes tener acceso a TV, música, PC, ADSL-WI FI. Esperamos que durante vuestra estancia disfruteis tanto de la casa como lo hacemos nosotros siempre. Nos encantará que os sintáis como en vuestra casa. At home you will find an atmosphere of tranquility, quite familiar. The house is new (6 years) and has a community area with playground, pool and parking. The whole community is guarded 24 hours. The environment is an absolute privilege in the middle of the city of Barcelona. The floor consists of a dining room, fully equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, oven, microwave ...), 1 room where children sleep, 1 room where girl sleep, 1 double room with 1 bathroom en suite, another bathroom and 2 terraces. All rooms have natural light, heating and air conditioning. Please access TV, music, PC, ADSL-WI FI. We hope that during your stay enjoy it so much of our home as we do always. We will do our best to make you feel in your home.

Se trata de un piso de 100 m2 situado en el barrio residencial de Villa Olímpica, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y a 10 minutos andando del emblemático barrio del Borne, zona de tiendas de moda, de restaurantes y de un agradable ambiente nocturno. Nuestro barrio es tan tranquilo y las aceras de las calles tan anchas que los vecinos nos desplazamos fácilmente por él en bicicleta, patines o patinete. This is our home. It is a flat of 100 m2 located in the Olympic Village residential area, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the iconic Borne district, an area of trendy shops, restaurants and a nice nightlife. Our neighborhood is so quiet and sidewalks of the streets so wide that we move through the streets on bike, skates or scooter every day.
