The house is in the countryside (car needed), in a beautiful natural landascape, an ideal place for walks, bicycle and also for health baths. Fortuna, a small village 4km far from the house, is famous for its healthy spring waters. At 200m from the house there's a good restaurant with a public openair swimming pool and a spa (warm natural water) too, where health treatments are offered. In general the region is well know for spring waters with health properties. It is about 50 km far from Alicante and only 10 from Murcia, both cities located on the cost. The nearest beach is 50km far from the house. An ideal place for long holidays and stays, to have a good rest and make small trips around. I would exchange the house for 6 months, beginning in July 2012 until December 2012 by an appartment in Brussels with 4 people capacity during the same period or in a different one.
