The property is near a main road and the M1 motorway, it is regarded as semi-rural as we only have neighbors to one side, a wood to the rear and nothing to the front for some considerable distance. We are virtually in the centre of England, with the M1 3 mins away, ideally situated to visit virtually all parts of England. If you are looking for the rural idil, this is not the place for you, there is road noise although it is not excessive and is quiet at night and most parts of the day apart from rush hour.
