Beautiful 4 BR home in South Florida in gated community with clubhouse, gym, pool, tennis and basketball courts, playground, walking and biking trails. Our home has a fenced in private pool, and is situated on a lake. The development is gated, with a guard on duty full time. We have four bedrooms, all on the second floor, a living room and family room, 3 TVs, Xbox 360, and Wii. The master bedroom is very large, with a king size bed, balcony and private bath. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has a day bed with trundle, and fourth bedroom has bunkbeds.

Surroundings

This is an equestrian community with horse shows and polo matches in season (Nov.-April), although there are no horses allowed in our development. There is lots of shopping nearby (1 mile +), but none within walking distance. It's eleven miles to the beach, 15 minutes to Palm Beach, 1 hour from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale and South Beach, and an easy 2.5 hour drive to Orlando and the theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld). We're close to the Everglades, about 1.5 hrs. to the Florida Keys, and 2 hours to the west coast of Florida. Our weather here is wonderful year round, average of 70 degrees F. in the winter, and summers average in the high 80's F.
