The house is absolutely beautiful. Two stories, with 3 roomy bedrooms and big, comfy feather beds. It is located in the North Valley of Albuquerque, and is only about 1 hour from Santa Fe; a beautiful little town filled with shops and fabulous restarants. The house has 2 bathrooms, and is kept meticulously clean. The bathroom downstairs has a big bathtub, while the one upstairs has a very nice shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a very big cozy bed and the other great for a child although it could be used for any other person. The kitchen is very big with anything a top chef could need. There is two living rooms, both with big cozy couches. There are lots of windows throughout the house to let in the New Mexico sunlight but blinds are available to shut out any unwanted brightness. There is also a study and two computers that are internet accessible. Air conditioning and heating are both available. The house is very artsy and cozy, filled with paintings and magnets. 6 people could sleep extremely comfortably in this house. The house has a very big front and back yard, accompanied by two very friendly labrador retrievers which could be away if unwanted. The back yard has a netted trampoline in the back, and a porch covered by a beautiful wooden arbor for sun protection while relaxing and enjoying the weather. The house has three fireplaces, one in each of the living rooms and another in the master bedroom. The house is right next to a lovely ditch, which is great for bike-riding or walks to watch the infamous New Mexico sunsets. In short, this house is a beautiful choice for any type of family, or couple. It is suitable for any season and has a great location in which you could feel completely at home!
