We are located on top of a 1700 ft high mountain overlooking the ocean in Pacific Palisades. Our town is so beautiful that Tom Hanks, Steven Speilberg & Arnold Schwartzneggar live here. The beauty of our home is that it is "in Los Angeles" but "out of it" meaning it's 35 minutes to downtown L.A. but it has a home town feeling & safety. We have private security service in our neighborhood so it is safe to walk at night! We belong to two private clubs that we MAY be able to arrange visitation. One walking distance to 1 club & other club is on beach. We are at the base of the hiking trails that lead to waterfalls and the hills are abundant with wildlife such as deer & rabbits. Hike to the top 10 minutes & see Santa Monica. LA & ocean.
