It is a small building, of 7 units total and is very clean and spacious and extremely quiet. All the other tenants are very nice and keep to themselves. The unit has a main living area with a couch large tv and a separate dining nook. The kitchen is a full sized kitchen with anything you could need- including a full set of pots pans dishes etc. There is a full sized fridge as well which is in pristine condition and very new. The other things in the apartment are new as well and the apartment itself is beautifully decorated with dark wood furniture and clean Californian lines. There are overhead fans in both bedroom and living room as well as an air conditioning unit. The location is extremely safe and the apartment is comfortable for a couple as well.
