Property description

Beautiful and quiet 4th floor loft in the West Village near the Meatpacking District. The building has a 24h doorman, elevator, 12th floor roof deck access, and laundry room. We are close to the heart of the Village and all the best dining and jazz clubs it offers, as well as near The Whitney Museum, High Line Park and the Chelsea gallery district. We are a few steps away from Hudson River Park, where there are beautiful modern piers with playgrounds, tennis courts, restaurants etc.
Recently renovated loft with French interior doors and wood floors. Hammock and full projector available for viewing movies and using guest internet.

Hudson River Park is beautiful all year round and has tennis courts, kayaking, and gorgeous lawns. The Whitney Museum and Meatpacking entrance to the High Line Park are 3 streets away. Across the street is an excellent neighborhood Italian restaurant and a few blocks further all the wonderful restaurants and cafes this neighborhood offers. The building combines the best of both worlds; located on a tree-lined street on the quietest side of the neighborhood and a 5 minute walk away from a rich array of trendy boutiques, theaters and LGBTQ landmarks.
