General questions
Registration and listing publication are free. To send messages and arrange unlimited exchanges, a subscription (€89/year) is required. See our pricing.

You can have a house, an apartment, a second home, or even a studio. All listings are welcome as long as they meet our terms.
Registration and profile
Click "Create an account" at the top right. Fill in a few details and you’re done. You can also sign in with Facebook, Google or LinkedIn (coming soon).
Yes, anytime via your profile. You can edit your details, spoken languages and photo.
In your profile, "Privacy (GDPR)" tab. Your account will be anonymised: personal data is erased, but your exchange history is kept anonymously.
Listings
Once logged in, click "Publish my listing". You’ll be guided step by step to describe your place and add photos.
No limit. We recommend at least 8 quality photos (exterior, living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, view, surroundings).
Yes, as soon as it’s published. Our team reserves the right to moderate listings that don’t meet our terms.
Exchanges
On their listing page, click "Contact the owner". A private message opens.
No — you can also do a non-reciprocal exchange (you go to their place, they visit yours later, or not at all).
Identity checks (email, phone, social networks), post-exchange reviews, verified photos. Also read our Insurance page.
Safety and trust
Contact our support immediately via the contact form. For emergencies during your stay, keep your host’s number and that of a local contact.
Yes. European hosting, full GDPR compliance — you can export or delete your data at any time.
Yes, a "Report" button is available on every listing page.
