Property description
Nous avons une grande terrasse extérieure privée avec salon de jardins, grande table et chaises, BBQ, balançoire pour adultes. Vous descendez quelques marches et vous avez accès au quai commun. Nous avons aussi une piscine extérieure commune à 2 pas de notre terrasse
Nous possédons 2 voitures, une BMW X3 2013 avec peu de Km et en excellente condition et une Lexus UX hybride 2025 neuve. Nous avons également 2 garages intérieurs.
Nous sommes vraiment en bord de rivière mais près de tous les services dont épicerie, pharmacie, banques, etc. à 5 minutes à pied. Plusieurs centres d'achat sont à moins de 10 minutes dont le Carrefour Laval, le plus grand du Québec. Des dizaines de restaurants sont également à quelques minutes en voiture. On n'a qu'à songer à ceux du Centropolis.
Le métro de Montréal avec stationnement incitatif. est à 10 minutes en voiture et il vous mène au Centre-ville de Montréal directement. Et là une panoplie d'activités, de festivals, de visites! Vous voulez voir de petits villages? Des autoroutes situées à quelques minutes de la maison vous y mènent en moins d'une heure et la belle ville de Québec est à 2h30.
