Property description
A light, airy flat with parquet floors. A separate toilet and a shower room. The shower room was renovated 2011 so it's really nice with an underfloor heating and a power shower. The flat is very warm and there's no draught from the windows, just to let you know if you're scared of getting chilly - that's only going to happen outside (if you visit wintertime)! The building is from the year 1995, so it's not the prettiest thing on the planet, but the flat itself is really nice and inviting. There's loads of books in english for the book worms and some DVD's but sorry, no television! I don't have time for that...
The building is really quiet so if you're stressed and need your sleep, this is your best choice. There's only one double bed, but I have a spare mattress that can be used too.

The flat is close to all amenities, about 15 mins walk from the main railway station, 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the tube.
It's a quiet residential area with a small playground in the courtyard. Free use of the laundry room. It's a residential/office area so not much culturally exciting stuff around, but it's a great spot to walk everywhere.
