Valle Alto A-301 is our summer residence, located in the exclusive Puerto Bahia project. Puerto Bahia is a destination where most owners are Dominican, and reside in Santo Domingo, by the proximity to the capital, we frequent this haven for recreation with family and friends. Not a tourist trap, it's really a relaxing place where you can enjoy at home with all the facilities of the Project, and also enjoy the beauty of nature. It is a beautiful place, a family atmosphere, ideal for sailing enthusiasts and fishing .... The Administration of Puerto Bahia offers boats for rent at a modest cost, both sail and motor. It is very safe, services are first class, all are luxury residensias. We will include two hours of service mucameria. Puerto Bahia has a Boutique Hotel (The Bannister), Restaurants (3), gym, yoga, tai-shi, swimming pools (4), tennis courts and various water activities. The nearest beach is the exclusive beach of Cayo Levantao, which can only be reached by boat, 10 minutes browsing. Surroundings
Al norte le bordea el Océano Atlántico, y al sur, las aguas del Caribe en la Bahía de Samana.
Tiene gran diversidad natural, verdes montañas llenas de palmares, hermosas playas al rededor de todo el litoral.
La capital de provincia esta a 12 minutos de Puerto Bahia, en carro. Es un pueblito encantador, donde se puede disfrutar de la gastronomia de la zona, consistente en frutas del mar, camarones, pescados en la famosa salsa al coco.
Desde el pueblo se pueden tomar embarcaciones pequeñas a un precio muy económico (30 dolares al dia) y disfrutar de unos agradables paseos a través de la Bahía, visitar diversas playas, observación de las Ballenas (meses de enero a marzo), Visitar los famosos Haitises (manglares)......l o ir de pesca en busca del marlin azul! (mayo a agosto)
