Property description
Our apartment is about 125 qm2 and has high ceilings and five rooms - bedroom, office room (which can also be used as a sleeping room, it contains a sleeping couch), living room, one room for dinner, one room for the baby, a big kitche, one bathroom and a separate toilet. We have been living there for two years and we enjoy it a lot. It is very close to the citycenter of Baden Baden and the pedestrian zone (just 150 meters away), but it is also quiet and we have a wonderful view - there is a green hill directly behind the house. Friends tell us that we managed to furnish the apartment tastetfully :-) There are four more apartments in the house, all tenants are quiet and nice.

Surroundings
Baden-Baden is a very beautiful small city with a huge park, the black forest is close. Stuttgart is one hour away, Freiburg one and a half. France is also close, within twenty minutes you can cross the border.
