Property description
We live in the western suburbs, which is the affluent part of Perth. Our house is federation style and the weather is beautiful. Our home is close to the train station and also the beach. It takes less then 10 minutes to get to the centre of Perth when you take the train and takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. Our neighbourhood is friendly and secure and is filled with federation styled houses. The 3 bedrooms are very large with jarrah floorboards and queen sized beds in 2 of the rooms. The kitchen is large, with marble table tops and stainless steal appliances. We have a laundry room, bathroom with a shower and bath as well as an area outside with tables and chairs. We have broadband internet, a television in our very large living room and another television in one of the bedrooms. There’s an air-conditioner and computer with the internet, printer and scanner. Our house is accessible to art galleries, cafes, night clubs etc… The weather in Perth is sunny and warm. It’s great for the beach and surfing!

We are close to the train station, it takes 5 minutes to get there by car. we are also 10 minutes away from the beach. we live 10 - 15 minutes away from the centre of the city of perth and there is a golf club near by, tennis courts, restaurants etc...
