Cadre très calme car l'appartement est situé en retrait de la route d'une part et près d'une voie ferrée (en contrebas - très peu de bruit) de l'autre part. <br />

Grand parc (Josaphat) à 300 m et excellent glacier ;-)<br />

En mai 2011, l'appartement (intérieur et extérieur) a servi de décor pour le tournage d'un film avec Juliette Binoche ("La vie d'une autre")
