Une grande chambre avec un endroit pour cuisiner, une salle de bain et un balcon, la vue sur un parc. Pour dormir, il y a deux matelas et un sofa. Bien que l'appartement soit située à une grande rue qui mêne directement au centre on n'entend pas de bruit des voitures parce que la chambre se trouve à la côté d'arrière de la maison. On entend plustot les oiseau dans le parc. Le prochain arrêt du bus est à 5 min à pieds. Le bus prend 10 min jusqu'à la gare. Il y a aussi un arret de tram juste à côté.
