En total mide unos 140m2 mas un jardin de unos 85 m2.<br />

Tenemos 3 niños de 2, 4 y 5 años asi que la casa está adaptada para ellos. Hay muchos juguetes, bicicletas, cosas para jugar en el jardin etc.<br />

Enfrente de la casa hay una parada de tramvia que en 10-15 minutos os lleva a todos los sitios interesantes del centro de Amsterdam. En bicicleta son unos 15 minutos hasta el centro. En el barrio hay bastantes tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Tambien hay un sinfin de parques cerca y una piscina publica al aire libre para los pequeños.<br />
