Das Haus liegt an der innerstädtischen Grenze im Ostteil Berlins. Zwei Seen befinden sich in Blickweite, einer davon ist ein wundervoller Badesee. Dieses ruhige, attraktive Wohngebiet bietet Erholung inmitten der lebendigen Großstadt. <br />
Der Alexanderplatz ist mit der Bahn in 15min, mit dem Rad ebenso schnell zu erreichen, die Trenddistrikte Friedrichshain und Prenzlauerberg sind ebenfalls 15min von hier.<br />
Our house has 160qm, plus 80qm downstairs. Our house has a large living room with TV, modern kitchen and an office (with desk top computer and wireless internet access). There are another 3 rooms (one masterbedroom, two for kids) and a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and one more toilette. There is also a terrace and a garden.<br />

Our Home is in the eastern part of Berlin. Two little lakes are in sight, one of them is for swimming. This quiet, attractive housing area makes relaxation possible even in a big city.<br />
The Alexanderplatz isn't far away, sub needs 15min, the same time you need when you take the bike, only 15 minutes away from the trendy districts Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain.<br />
