Property description
Our apartment is a bright, spacious 1100 square foot apartment with a hard wood floors, a big back yard, a grill, plenty of parking, lots of plants, etc. It's really a joy to be in and has a brand new flat screen TV with digital cable, HBO, and Showtime. The apartment also has a new robotic vacuum (Roomba), and comes with high speed Internet.<br />

We also have a lovely cat named Jane, so ideally you'd be a cat lover. We can make arrangements if that's not your thing, however. We also have an automatic litter box that literally cleans the litter and flushes everything, so the only requirement is feeding her.

The apartment is located on the southern edge of Hollywood, right next to Hancock Park. We're a few blocks from all the shopping on Melrose and are a few blocks from Susan Feniger's "Street" and Mario Batali's "Mozza" and are one block from "Providence," arguably the best restaurant in LA.
