Surroundings
The home has a small private garden but is situated in a very natural park-like setting with large old trees, fruit trees, and a cluster of other small mobile homes and cabins. At night, it is dark enough to see the stars simply by stepping out of the house! <br />

There is a lovely 1km walk down to the charming seaside village which contains shops, a museum, some art galleries, good restaurants, a hotel and a pub. We are located about 40 minute drive time from the provinical capital of Victoria, a charming city with a wonderful Opera Company, Ballet Company and everything else that a city has to offer. <br />

Our home is across the street from public transit bus stop and we are exactly half way between Victoria and Nanaimo. so both cities are easily accessible for a day trip.
